First, we’re going to start off with some liquid egg whites:

Pour desired amount into a bowl, and shove it in the microwave. Nuke it until no liquid remains and you get what looks vaguely like scrambled eggs.

Add in Tostitos Chunky Medium salsa:

Stir.

Add in whatever flavorings you like, I like using this:

And boom. Good scrambled eggs in 4 minutes

They end up looking like this, it doesn’t look appetizing but tastes godly:

Good lean protein, low carb (even some fiber from the salsa, it’s important you get the chunky for this reason.), and tastes great. Good for cutting.

I feel sorry for the guy, couldn’t imagine college with out a $1200-1500 laptop. He wont be graduating with his psych degree for another 6 years, so we still have time to help this poor fella.
